Located in a beautiful, leafy street in Warrawee, this multi-million dollar home was missing one small component - entertaining opportunity - the large home had a very small rear terrace that couldn't host a table to enjoy the magnificent garden beyond. The rear terrace extension, coupled with the kitchen renovation and opening up of the living and dining room transformed the rear of this home into a light-filled, fully-functioning entertaining vista with complete visual and physical access to the vibrant landscaping, tennis court and swimming pool. By using the geometry of the existing window heads as a continuous theme of the extension the house reads as if it were designed and built together. The kitchen's existing half height kitchen windows are replaced by full height sliding doors with juliet balconies to connect the inside to outside.
