Situated on one of Sydney's most iconic streets, this heritage listed home is currently suffering from a lack of identity. The original 1920s dwelling is masked by a poor 1970s carport and addition.

The project is currently being addressed via a 2-stage process:

Stage 1: Structural remediation, waterproofing, front facade facelift (and some TLC!)

Stage 2: Larger internal and rear extension to improve performance of the two 'halves' and add a contemporary aesthetic primarily within the existing 1970s envelope.
